My name is Shauna McAteer. I am a local artist based in the town of Limavady in Northern Ireland. Northern Irelands landscape is extremely beautiful, fiercely vibrant and refreshingly rich. Alot of my work has been and is inspired by this land, its people and the lifestyle. Whilst I am mainly a painter with a modern edge and a loosely abstract interpretation. I am also a printmaker, textile artist and a designer. I'm proud of my country and its diverseness. I really hope this comes through in every piece I create.
